Welcome to my dojo I am Pigbelly, but you can call me Grant.

I was born and raised in Florida by my mother, that raised my sister and I. She was an art teacher for 30 years and the primary reason I have art in my life. Since I was a kid she would say I wanted nothing more than to be an artist when I grow up… yeah it’s kind of cliche, but it is the truth.

My main reason I paint is to hopefully bring some happiness to someone’s day. Whether it made them think or laugh, just something to let go of the real world. In a world full of AI and everything is hyper realistic, it’s fun to stay outside the lines.

I have a bachelors in Digital Arts and Design,which has me fluent in many digital design programs, audio engineering, motion graphics, photography, and video editing.

I’m also a certified Bob Ross instructor, which means I was taught the process of world famous artist Bob Ross. Which taught me techniques in painting landscapes.
